We’ll have morning clouds clear away. They did their job in the overnight keeping the temperatures in Nashville and vicinity above freezing. Highs today in the mid-40’s with partly cloudy skies. Clouds come in later tonight and are firmly in place for Thursday. Rain in the forecast as we start the evening tomorrow:
There will be a little snow starting late Friday night and into Saturday. Perhaps some minor accumulations are possible, especially in the northern counties. There is another chance of snow on Monday and Tuesday, certainly a better chance for an accumulating snow but not a big one like last time. Since it is more than two days out from the event we have no amount forecasts.
I’ve seen a total of .5″ of precip for Monday/Tuesday IF (and that’s a big if since temps are forecast to be above freezing, especially Monday) all that fell as frozen precip, it would equal approx 5″ of snow at 32°. That being said, I’ll call for a dusting and no school for 3 days!
This model has it starting mid day Monday and last through most of the day on Tuesday.

I am looking forward to another snow…The kids in this generation hasn’t seen snow in Tennessee in like we did years back! Of course spring is nice too, but lets have a winter when we can get it.
