We start the morning with temperatures briefly warming up before the sun arrives. This was because a cold front pushing in this morning mixed up the lower layers enough to put us in the upper 40’s. A few morning clouds but a mostly sunny afternoon ahead. The north wind picks up just as the afternoon sun tries to warm us. Though we start around 50 we’ll only warm to the upper 50’s. Tonight the winds start to slacken and temperatures fall close to freezing. A Freeze Watch in effect for middle Tennessee as we should all consider getting those house plants indoors for the season.
The dry weather continues through the work week and weekend. Certainly a change of pace here in the new month.
