Forecast: Today’s rainfall will finally taper off this evening, but some fog should develop overnight in all of the leftover moisture. On Wednesday, we will start off with low clouds and fog. By lunchtime, the sun should begin to burn through, yielding partly cloudy skies in the afternoon with highs in the upper 60s.
