After the cloudy and chilly start this morning (with a few patches of drizzle), it sure was nice to see the sun reappear as expected this afternoon. With clear skies tonight, temps will be dropping to the upper 30s in the city, with mid 30s in some of the outlying areas, especially north and east of Nashville. We could see some scattered frost, especially in those northern and eastern counties.
On Sunday, we only expect some thin feathery cirrus clouds to push through with an otherwise mostly sunny sky. After a chilly start with some scattered frost, particularly in the eastern counties, temps should moderate to the mid 60s by afternoon (upper 60s to the south of Nashville).
