Lunch hour in Davidson County will be dampened by some scattered showers, depending on your location. It’s mostly cloudy in counties along the I-65 corridor and points east (where the scattered showers are currently contained). Check out the visible satellite loop and you’ll note more sunshine west of Clarksville/Dickson/Hohenwald/Lawrenceburg line.
Scattered showers will linger through the afternoon, and then an isolated shower is possible this evening and tonight. You *may* have to dodge a short period of rain if you’re out at a high school football game tonight.
We’re waiting for a cold front to swing through the mid-state on Saturday morning. After that “fropa” (frontal passage) we’ll enjoy a north breeze and a preview of Fall on Sunday.
I’ll break down the rain chances for tomorrow (as well as get specific about this evening) on the afternoon newscasts on News 2.
