Mild Temperatures, Night Time Storms

We’ll again have an afternoon high slightly below normal for early July: highs in the mid 80’s with a northwest wind and clouds. Those clouds likely thickest across the afternoon. Just like last night we watch for development of large complex of storms (MCS) up to our northwest in Missouri and Illinois.  A large MCS could move across us during the overnight hours. Tomorrow and tomorrow night much the same forecast. Here is how Predictor looks this afternoon and tomorrow afternoon:

Saturday a low pressure system comes in from the west and brings in significant rain chances especially by Saturday night and Sunday. There is a chance that these rain chances are mostly north by late Saturday but the firework shows will have to monitor the situation.  At this time Sunday looks very wet; cloudy with a morning round of rain/storms and then another in the afternoon.
