Cloudy and Cool Start
Good morning! A cloudy start with some mist/drizzle going on. We will have the clouds hang overhead most of the day. Teamed with a northwest wind this will make for some cooler weather for our Friday- highs today will struggle to get to the upper 60’s (a “normal” high if this was early April). Warmer weather tomorrow with a brisk south wind and some sunshine- highs will get into the upper 70’s. Its been since last Friday when we’ve enjoyed temperatures typical of the season, we should start seeing some 80 degree weather next week. Another chance of rain over the weekend- a cold front comes through late Saturday/early Sunday giving us some light rain and cooler weather (mid-70’s) for Sunday day.

Good Morning from Cookeville….we had .38 in our CoCoRaHS rain bucket this morning here. Alot less than expected.

Well at least we’ll clear for a nice Friday and Saturday. I’ve gotten about a half of an inch of rain. Very welcome.

I find it so funny to see that once Mike post a reply…..Clay is right behind him. It happens everyday. I’m kind of late with my post today. I might go running up and down my street tomorrow. I’m going to try to start running this summer so I won’t be stuck in this house all day.

Charles..I get up about 6:15 and make coffee, check the ol’ CoCoRaHS rain gauge, post on my blog, and check out this one and AlabamaWX site, too…kinda’ my routine. I probably need to start getting up a little earlier and spend about 20 minutes daily in the Word.

I have a normal routine too. I check all my weather forums I’m on and then get me something to eat. I can’t wait for college! LOL! But the Calculus and Physics stuff is what I’m not looking forward too, but I’ll make it.
