I live in Portland,Tn and Lord knows we are so dry here we drove across our grass the other day and there was a dust cloud coming out of it. We have 14 acres and of course we cannot water it all. Our pond is drying up so bad we can actually see the bottom and it is an acre pond. I have no idea what to do we keep praying for the rain and I really hope it comes along soon! IT is amazing the grass and flowers and stuff are growing. We planted some trees at the beginning of the season and they are dying already because we cannot reach them with the hose!
