April 7, 2006 Tornado Outbreak Video
Davis Nolan spent many hours gathering clips from our archived footage of the April 7, 2006 storm coverage.
Thanks to his hard work and meteorological expertise, and a little help from editor Matt Crane, the result is a very compelling look back.
Head to WKRN.com to view the video.

Yeah were getting good bit of flurries here in Thompson station. Now if the upper atmosphere was warmer and the lower atmosphere was colder we would be getting freezing rain. That should not happen though. Poor winter… it’s all confused.

Got snow in Antioch about 20 minutes ago. It only lasted for about a minute. I thought it was pollen until I noticed it melting as it hit my car windows.

I thought I was going nuts when I saw flakes up here in Celina.
Sort of strange to see the white stuff with greenery on the trees.
