The NWS Middle TN radar shows another batch of light to moderate snow pushing into the northwest corner of the mid-state (Dover, Erin, Waverly around 11:00 am). Many parts of Middle Tennessee will see additional snow showers between late morning and early afternoon. Temperatures are in the upper 20s on the Cumberland Plateau, but in the lower and middle 30s elsewhere. Watch out for slick spots as the wet snow falls, especially away from the busier routes. Through the early afternoon…you may see some sleet or cold raindrops mix with the snowflakes. Addition problems will develop later this evening and tonight as temperatures fall below freezing, eventually dipping to the lower 20s by Sunday morning. Backroads will be the biggest hassles.

Rain is mixing with the flurries in Mount Juliet. I reported to the NWS.
Sleet/snow flurries in Spring Hill right now. A few people off the road this morning, so be careful on Thompson Station Rd. and Buckner Rd. today.

Fast-falling, small-flaked snow in Columbia. It looks nice.
Current temp in Thompson’s Station 34.8 degrees and falling with light snow was a mix earlyer. So far no sticking.
Been snowing very heavy for the last 2 hours, not sticking much.. Would probably could of had 2-3 inches of snow if all of it would be sticking..
Starting to stick in Columbia now.
It’s falling too fast for it all to melt on impact. It’s not sticking much, but some parts of the ground are starting to look white.

Around 32.05 or so this stuff will start freezing…if the snow continues at this rate it will not be pretty past 4 pm…
Decent snow fall in Manchester at 2:25 — temps around 33 degrees….sticking on SOME surfaces.
