It’s below freezing this morning. We think this will be the last sub-freezing morning this week. Our month-long bout of cold weather (26 of 34 days below normal…see below) has come to a close.
Highs will be in the 50s the next couple of days, courtesy of a southwest breeze that will be gusty this afternoon. A front will bring some showers on Tuesday, but no big cold snap to follow. Temperatures will reach the 60s by Thursday and Friday, with a few thunderstorms on Friday and this weekend.

We can kiss our cold pattern good-bye…it was fun while it lasted! There will be additional shots of chilly air over the next month or so, but nothing as prolonged as the last month.
