The rain we were forecasting all weekend finally shows up this morning and sticks around all day. Very wet and windy today as a cold front swept through this morning. We’ve already reached our daytime high; it was 68 degrees at 4am! The temperatures will drop all day, quickly into the upper 50’s this morning and down to the mid 40’s by the time the sun goes down. The cold rain starts to taper off this evening as it changes over to snow. Tonight some light snow (lasting long up on the plateau) and getting down to around 30 degrees for a low. Tomorrow’s high will only be in the mid-30’s with a northwest wind and slowly clearing skies. Burrrrr. Wave good-bye to that 70 degree weather we had over the weekend: it’ll be only in the 40’s for highs the rest of the work week. Below are how the tempeartures should look by 5:00pm today. Keep in mind that typically we warm about 20 degrees from the morning low to the afternoon high, today we’ll DROP 20 degrees.
