Morning temperatures will climb quickly from the 60s to the 70s. Afternoon readings will be very warm; predicted highs are in the lower to middle 90s! Our surface winds have switched from northwest to southwest and that will mean building humidity over the next few days. After Friday afternoon’s scattered thunderstorms, we’ll see a partly cloudy sky today with dry conditions for nearly everyone. I can’t rule out an isolated thundershower during the afternoon heat and humidity but that very small chance drops to nothing on Sunday as an upper air ridge settles on top of the Mid-South. Have a safe and happy weekend!
