Clouds coming in and rain chances going up. A cold front coming through late today and tonight will trigger some rain and even some severe weather (the SPC has us in a “Slight” risk area). Expect a good soaking over much of middle Tennessee tonight. What about Friday? Some of the models say its going to rain all day before clearing out; the forecast is for morning rain and then clearing in the afternoon. Today and tonight is the best chance of rain for the entire area; the last three days we’ve had isolated, slow-moving storms dump heavy rain in isolated areas. This afternoon and tonight the rain (and storms) will be more widespread.
I sure hope we do get rain this time here in Hendersonville.We have had storms around us all week and all we have had is wind,thunder and sprinkles.
I’m hoping that by “cooler” that means I can turn the a/c off at night.
Looking foward to saturday.It will be very nice low humidity very comfortable for having a garage sale.
I need a good soaking, will save me having to stand out and water my new landscaped garden and laid grass seed every morning and night
Plants are more happy with rain water than regular water for sure.
