Tropical Depression 19 has been identified by the National Hurricane Center. It’s way out in the Atlantic Ocean and the forecast path doesn’t take the disturbance anywhere near the United States. Right now the maximum sustained winds are only 35 mph, but if they picked up to 39 mph we’ll have Tropical Storm Stan on our hands.
