Midday temperatures were in the low 70s in Nashville - after all of the 90 degree weather this feels fantastic! Some sun is peeking through the clouds in Nashville - that will help the numbers rise to the lower 80s this afternoon.
Areas west of I-65 and north of I-40 will see some sunshine and warm up through the afternoon, but areas east of Nashville (especially southeast) will hold onto the clouds through the day.
